How do I create an account?
Download LoSo from the App Store, open the app, and tap Sign in. We'll send you a one-time code by SMS — no password to remember.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Profile → Account Settings, then tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen. This permanently removes your profile, friends, circles, and event history. If you can't access the app, email us at [email protected] and we'll delete your account for you.
What is a Circle?
A Circle is a small group of friends you can plan events with privately. Anything you RSVP to or share inside a Circle is only visible to its members.
Why does LoSo need my location / zipcode?
We use your zipcode to surface local events near you. You can change it anytime from your profile, and we never share your precise location with other users.
How do I report a bug or inappropriate content?
Email [email protected] with a description and, if possible, a screenshot. We respond to most reports within 48 hours.
Which cities does LoSo support?
LoSo works in cities across the US — set your zipcode in the app and we'll surface events happening near you.
