This event has already taken place.
Knight Theater · Charlotte center city
Wednesday, September 30, 2026 · 7:00 PM
Join the Stan Greenspon Holocaust Education Center for an inspiring event with Merrill Eisenhower, great-grandson of President Dwight D. Eisenhower, as he reflects on President Eisenhower's role in documenting the horrors of the Holocaust and preserving its history for future generations. Guests will also learn how President Eisenhower’s commitment to preserving the historical record continues to inspire efforts here in the Carolinas. Through the work of the Greenspon Center, we are building on that legacy—preserving the past, educating for the present, and envisioning a future where the lessons of the Holocaust help confront antisemitism and all forms of hate. Join us before the main event for an exclusive reception (separate ticket required) featuring hors d'oeuvres, refreshments, and the opportunity to meet Merrill Eisenhower, great-grandson of President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Mingle with fellow supporters, community leaders, and distinguished guests while enjoying this intimate pre-event gathering before the evening's program begins.
